RunEcoTM vacuum system energy saving and optimization

RunEco vacuum system saves 30-70% of energy and 100% of water for your vacuum system. Normal payback time for RunEco rebuild is 1-3 years.

RunEco consists of Ecopump turbo blower, EcoDrop water separator and Ecoflow dewatering measurement.

Ecopump Turbo, the first variable speed and variable capacity turbo blower and it saves 30-70% of energy comparing with traditional vacuum systems. Ecopump Turbo is a totally water free vacuum solution with significant heat recovery potential.

EcoDrop water separator separates water, fiber and fines effectively ensuring reliable vacuum generation.

Ecoflow dewatering measurement allows the optimization of vacuum levels in the forming and the press section which leads to maximized sheet dryness after the press section, improved overall runnability and lowest energy consumption.

RunEco installation can be done quickly during a normal machine shutdown or even during machine running to avoid unnecessary loss because of extra shutdowns.

In addition to the total vacuum system rebuild Runtech can also design and optimize the doctoring and save-all construction to support the optimum performance of the vacuum system.
